Before departing for a tour in Afghanistan, First Lieutenant Todd Weaver left a note to his 9 month year old daughter. Todd Weaver was killed on September 9, 2010 by an improvised explosive device. This is the letter to his daughter.

I just can’t stand it when people have to be mean to you just because they think it’s funny to them. Why can’t they understand that they may have hurt the feelings of that person they’re making fun off. It really makes me feel so crappy when you’re the centre of all this shit.
